Withdraw from your purchase

This form is only for ready-made card sets purchased through KADUMBRE. The 14-day period runs from the day you receive the parcel. You may also send another clear withdrawal declaration by email.

Personalized cards made from your own three-word request use a separate order flow and cannot be selected here. This form records your declaration; it does not automatically issue a refund or book a return shipment.
