Digital letters and artwork
Digital letters and A6 artwork are delivered online after payment; nothing is mailed. Before paying for digital content, you must expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.
If a letter, artwork file or download link does not work as described, email hello@kadumbre.com with your order number. We will help restore access or address the issue under your applicable consumer rights.
Downloaded artwork is for personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed or used commercially.
Ready-made physical card sets
Each ready-made product is one set of three handmade greeting cards. For an online purchase, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days from the day the parcel is received, subject to applicable law. Submit the declaration using the withdrawal function for a ready-made set. The form asks for your name, order details, email address and the date the parcel was received. After you press “Confirm withdrawal”, we will email a receipt with the declaration text and the date and time received.
Submitting the declaration does not automatically issue a refund or arrange the return shipment. KADUMBRE will contact you with the next steps. Return costs and any refund are handled according to applicable consumer law.
Personalized card
The personalized product is one handmade card based on the three words supplied for that request; it is not a set of three cards. Since it is made to the customer’s brief, it may fall under the statutory exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This does not remove your rights if the card is faulty or does not match the agreed request. Contact hello@kadumbre.com if there is a problem.
Delivery
Available delivery services and prices are shown after you enter the delivery address and before payment. The product price and selected delivery charge are paid together in EUR. Courier delivery estimates are provided by the selected service.
