Welcome to KADUMBRE.
KADUMBRE offers interactive digital letters and original A6 artwork, one-of-a-kind handmade sets of three greeting cards, and a single personalized greeting card created from a customer’s three words.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in EUR. KADUMBRE does not add VAT. For physical products, Colete Online provides an estimated delivery price based on the delivery details and available services. The selected estimate is included in the same Stripe payment as the products. KADUMBRE places the shipment order manually after payment; the final courier charge may differ from the estimate. Any RON amount shown is an approximate reference using the displayed exchange-rate date; Stripe charges the checkout total in EUR.
Stripe processes payment only. KADUMBRE records the order and issues the invoice after payment is confirmed. A paid digital item can be downloaded from the confirmation page. Where required for a Romanian transaction, the seller submits the site-issued invoice to RO e-Factura through Saga; that submission is separate from this website.
Digital products
Digital letters and A6 artwork are delivered online; nothing is mailed. Before completing checkout for digital content, you will be asked to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the effect this has on your withdrawal right.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to enjoy and print purchased artwork for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce it commercially, share purchased files publicly or claim the artwork or stories as your own. Original artwork, stories and designs remain the intellectual property of their rights holder.
Handmade greeting cards
Each ready-made listing is one handmade set of three cards. A set is removed from sale after it is purchased; another copy is listed separately if one is made. For a ready-made set bought online, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days from the day the parcel is received, subject to applicable law. Use the withdrawal function for a ready-made set to send a declaration and receive an email receipt. The request does not automatically refund the payment or book the return shipment; KADUMBRE will contact you about the next steps.
A personalized request is for one card based on the customer’s three words, at €4 plus delivery. If accepted, the customer receives a private payment link that expires two days after it is issued; the final product, delivery choices and total are shown before payment. Because this card is made to the customer’s brief, it may fall within the statutory exception for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This does not affect rights if the card is faulty or does not match the agreed request.
Available home-delivery and locker or pickup-point options depend on the address and services available for the parcel. Before payment, you can choose a courier service and, when offered, a specific pickup point from the options returned for your address. Please provide accurate recipient, phone and address details. After payment, KADUMBRE manually places the shipment order through Colete Online and pays the courier charge. The final charge may differ from the estimate paid at checkout. Tracking details are supplied by the selected courier service once the shipment is booked.
Problems and consumer rights
If digital content is faulty, a physical card set is damaged or not as described, or an order cannot be accessed or delivered as agreed, please contact hello@kadumbre.com with your order number. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided by applicable consumer law, including withdrawal and conformity rights.
These Terms may be updated when necessary. The version available on the website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
